Information for All Presenters:
We are unable to accommodate requests for photocopies. Please bring your own, or bring your business card and email your presentations to other conference attendees.
Conference sessions vary in length from 75 to 105 minutes. Roughly speaking, each presenter (or paper "slot," if there are multiple presenters on a single paper) will have 20 minutes to present and 5-10 minutes for questions. Please check the conference schedule to confirm the length of your session and how many papers are scheduled in each session.
A time-keeper will be present in each conference session.
All conference rooms will have computers, LDC projectors, and a large overhead screen. If you have needs in addition to this, please indicate as such on your registration form or contact Kimberly Carvalho, email@example.com.
If you are using Power Point to make your presentation (as most of you will be), we recommend that you bring your Power Point file on a flash drive, memory stick, CD, and that you email it to yourself as a backup.
If you are bringing your own copies, we recommend that you bring roughly 30 copies.
